M2R2 embodies the shared vision of three dedicated and highly motivated individuals, Muthuraman, Ravi, and Ravi Ashok, united by their passion for cricket and their connection to Cranfield University. This foundation has endowed us with the agility and foresight necessary to lead transformative change. With over 30 years of collective experience working with global leaders in the aerospace and automotive sectors, we are uniquely positioned to shape the future of these industries.

The genesis of M2R2 was driven by a desire to address four pressing industry challenges: the shortage of skilled talent, diminishing returns on investment, ineffective cost control processes, and non-value-added procedures that cause project delays. Our panel of experts, with over 250 years of combined experience working with major OEMs in our target industries, ensures the highest standards of service execution and delivery. The second 'M' in M2R2 stands for Megala, our trailblazer investor, who believed in our vision from the outset. We are backed by a network of investors comprising family and friends, who have committed over £100,000 for the year 2024.
